Abstract:
One objective of the present invention is to provide an organic semiconductor composition which is capable of forming an organic thin film transistor that has excellent hysteresis characteristics, while maintaining high carrier mobility. Another objective of the present invention is to provide: an organic semiconductor film; an organic thin film transistor; and a method for manufacturing an organic thin film transistor. An organic semiconductor composition according to the present invention contains: a compound X which has a molecular weight of 2,000 or more and comprises a repeating unit represented by formula (1); and a low-molecular-weight compound Y which is represented by formula (2).
