Abstract:
Provided is an outcome prediction system with which it is possible to predict the outcome result of a game from an image of an analysis object as captured during the game. This outcome prediction system 1 comprises: an image acquisition unit 2 that acquires a video image of an analysis object as captured during a game; a first system 4 that estimates a ball position during the game from the video image of the analysis object as captured during the game; a second system 5 that estimates an event that occurs during the game from the video image of the analysis object as captured during the game; and a third system 6 that predicts the outcome result of the game from the detection result obtained from the first system 4 and the detection result obtained from the second system 5.
