Abstract:
Provided is an outdoor unit for an air conditioner, which is connected to an indoor unit through refrigerant piping, wherein the outdoor unit is provided with: a housing having an insertion hole which is formed in a rear surface panel and into which the refrigerant piping is inserted; and a valve disposed inside the housing and connected to an end of the refrigerant piping having been extended through the insertion hole. A mark indicating the position of the valve is provided on the portion of the outer surface of the rear surface panel, which faces the valve.
