Abstract:
This outdoor unit for an air conditioner comprises: a housing that forms an outer casing; a motor that has a shaft; and a propeller fan that is connected to the motor via the shaft and rotated by the drive of the motor. The shaft has a protrusion that protrudes outward from the outer circumferential surface in the radial direction. The propeller fan has a shaft hole into which the shaft is inserted, and a pawl that engages with the protrusion while the shaft is inserted in the shaft hole.
