Abstract:
The present invention includes: a holding cylinder part 32 that holds an outer member Th on the outer circumferential surface of the holding cylinder part, said outer circumferential surface rotating along the movement direction of an article Pc; claw parts 33 that remove the outer member held by the holding cylinder part 32 and that have recesses 333 for holding the outer member; and a link mechanism 34. The link mechanism 34 has at least three movable links and is formed so as to move the claw parts 33 such that the recesses 333 move in a conveyance direction of the article Pc while pressing the outer member Th against the article. The control device 800 performs control so as to change the rotation speed of the holding cylinder part 32 and the operation speed of the link mechanism in accordance with the conveyance speed of the article.
