Abstract:

An outer-rotor brushless motor system comprises an outer-rotor brushless motor (10) and a driver (20). The outer-rotor brushless motor (10) comprises a central shaft (11), bearings (12), a casing (13), permanent magnets (14), a stator armature (15) and a power line (18). The driver (20) comprises an integrated power module (21), a microprocessor unit (22), a rotor position sensing circuit (23), a power source processing circuit (24), an input/output interface circuit (25) and a current sensing circuit (26). When the outer-rotor brushless motor (10) works, the central shaft (11) is stationary, and a mechanical equipment is driven to rotate by the rotating of the casing (13). The problem due to the central shaft (11) driving is avoided.
