Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is an outer rotor motor, comprising an outer rotor, a stator assembly, a rotating shaft, a control circuit board, an end cover and a bearing seat. The bearing seat is mounted on the end cover; the stator assembly is sleeved outside the bearing seat; the outer rotor is sleeved outside the stator assembly; bearings are mounted at two ends of the bearing seat; the rotating shaft is supported on the bearings; the control circuit board is mounted at one end of the stator assembly; the end cover covers the outside of the control circuit board; the end cover comprises an end plate and a sleeve portion axially protruding from the edge of the end plate in an axial direction; a first protrusion protrudes from a first end surface of the end plate; the bearing seat is mounted on the first protrusion; a through hole axially passing through the end plate is formed in the center of the first protrusion; a plurality of positioning slots are recessed in the end surface of the first protrusion along the edge of the through hole; positioning protrusions matching the positioning slots protrude from the top end of the bearing seat. The present solution reduces the manufacturing difficulty of end covers, simplifies the manufacturing process of end covers, improves the production efficiency, and reduces the production cost; moreover, the motor is simple in structure and convenient to assemble.
