Abstract:
An outer rotor-type electric motor (2) is equipped with a stator (20) having: a stator iron core (16) provided with a plurality of slots in a circular ring shape; stator windings wound in the slots; and an insulator (7) provided between the stator windings and the stator iron core (16) and insulating the stator windings from the stator iron core (16). The outer rotor-type electric motor (2) is also equipped with a rotor (18) rotatably attached facing the outer circumferential side surface of the stator iron core (16). The slots comprise a plurality of outer circumferential side slots provided inward from the outer circumferential side surface of the stator iron core (16) and a plurality of inner circumferential side slots provided more inward than the outer circumferential side slots. The stator windings comprise inner circumferential side stator windings (8) wound in the inner circumferential side slots and outer circumferential side stator windings (9) wound in the outer circumferential side slots. A circular ring-shaped crossover line support portion (41) is also provided more inward than the inner circumferential side slots. The crossover line support portion (41) is equipped with a locking portion (45) projecting in a rotational axis direction and supports a crossover line (42) crossing between the inner circumferential side stator windings (8) by allowing the crossover line (42) to cross over the inner circumferential side of the locking portion (45).
