Abstract:
An oxathiazine compound, of which the general formula is as follows. The oxathiazine compound can be used as a positive allosteric modulator of an AMPA receptor, and can positively modulate the AMPA receptor and make the conformation more stable after agonists (such as an endogenous neurotransmitter glutamic acid) are bound to the receptor, thereby decreasing the receptor inactivation rate and the inhibitory receptor desensitization, and enhancing the function of the AMPA receptor.
