Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound represented by general formula (I) having a P2X4 receptor antagonist action.
(I)
(In the formula, R1, R2 and R3 are a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a halogen atom, etc., X is C or N, and Y is N or C (=O), provided that when X is C, Y is N, and when X is N, Y is C (=O), a dual line consisting of solid and broken lines is a single bond or a double bond, n is an integer of 0 to 6, Z is O, S or a bond, and A is a benzene ring, a pyridine ring, etc.)
