Abstract:
Provided is a packaging bag that is easily manufactured and can form a wide opening. The present invention provides a packaging bag comprising a tubular body configured by forming a vertical seal part on a film, an upper horizontal seal part, a lower horizontal seal part, and a tear start part, wherein: the vertical seal part is formed by welding the films to each other in a principal rafter part formed by bending the film into a tubular shape and superimposing an inner surface on one edge side and an inner surface of the other edge side of the film; the upper horizontal seal part is provided to close an upper side of the tubular body; the lower horizontal seal part is provided to close a lower side of the tubular body; the tear start part is provided in the principal rafter part; the packaging bag is configured with the principal rafter part and other main body parts; and in the film, when a first tear strength that is the tear strength of the vertical seal part in the longitudinal direction is set as S1, and when a second tear strength that is the tear strength in a perpendicular direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is set as S2, S2/S1 is 1.5 to 10.
