Abstract:
In the present invention a reflect-back layer is stuck via an adhesive layer onto the surface of a leather layer that constitutes a fabric, and the reflect-back layer is supported by means of bridge columns between a visible surface layer and a reflective base layer in order to preserve the reflective function of the reflect-back layer unaltered, and thus spaces are created. Also, resilience is enhanced because a highly resilient polyurethane material is used for the visible surface layer, such that a stable structure can be maintained even after stitching.
