Abstract:
The present application relates to a parasitic capacitance extraction method, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: controlling a plurality of working threads corresponding to a target conductor to start random walks; storing a sampling value corresponding to each random walk performed by the working threads; and determining a parasitic capacitance value of the target conductor according to the sampling value corresponding to each working thread. By means of a multi-thread parallel computing and processing method, the efficiency of extracting parasitic capacitance of a conductor is improved.
