Abstract:
The main purpose of the present technology is to improve the ability to separate a fluorescence spectrum. The present technology provides a particle analysis system including: a light irradiation unit that includes at least one first light source that emits light having a wavelength of not less than 350 nm and at least one second light source that emits light having a wavelength of less than 350 nm; and a processing unit that performs an unmixing process on optical data obtained by irradiation of particles with light by the light irradiation unit. In addition, the present technology provides an information processing method including an unmixing process step for performing an unmixing process on optical data obtained by irradiation of particles with light by a light irradiation unit that includes at least one first light source emitting light having a wavelength of not less than 350 nm and at least one second light source emitting light having a wavelength of less than 350 nm.
