Abstract:
In this passenger conveyor, a bracket has a first facing section, a second facing section, and a bridging section. The first facing section is fixed to a skirt guard so as to be superposed thereon, and can be deformed integrally with the skirt guard. The second facing section faces the first facing section. The bridging section connects the first facing section and the second facing section, and is fixed to a truss. A detection switch is provided either to the first facing section or the second facing section and operated by the other of the first facing section or the second facing section through deformation of the skirt guard.
