Abstract:
A passive component (1) with an electrode, said passive component (1) being mounted on a mounting object (200). This passive component (1) with an electrode is characterized by being provided with a passive component main body (10), an electrode (20) that is provided on a mounting surface (11) of the passive component main body (10), and an underfill layer (30) that is provided on the mounting surface (11) of the passive component main body (10). This passive component (1) with an electrode is also characterized in that: the underfill layer (30) contains a thermosetting resin, a flux and a solvent, while having a skin layer (31) on the surface thereof; and the skin layer (31) has a tackiness of 25 mN/mm2 or less at room temperature, while having a tackiness of 60 mN/mm2 or more at 40°C.
