Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a nonaqueous patch which shows a skin permeation rate of a drug within an appropriate range when applied to the skin, enables long-lasting and continuous drug permeation without causing the depletion of the drug at the early stage of application, causes little desquamation of cuticle upon peeling of the patch, and has a good storage stability.
[Solution] A nonaqueous patch which comprises at least a support and an adhesive layer provided on the support, said adhesive layer containing a local anesthetic, wherein: the adhesive layer comprises 20-40 mass% of an elastomer, 20-35 mass% of a softening agent, 20-40 mass% of a resin, 3.0-7.0 mass% of the local anesthetic and 0.3-4 mass% of an organic acid, each relative to 100 mass% of the total mass of the adhesive; and the mass of the adhesive layer per unit area is 100-200 g/m2.
