Abstract:
Provided is a pattern formation method having, in the stated order: a step for preparing a base material that is transparent to an exposure wavelength, the base material having etched layers that are transparent to the exposure wavelength on both surfaces; a step for forming light-sensitive resin layers having an optical density of 0.50-2.50 in relation to the exposure wavelength on the etched layer on both surfaces of the base material; a step for pattern-exposing the light-sensitive resin layers; a step for developing the light-sensitive resin layers, whereby a resist pattern is formed on both surfaces; a step for removing the etched layers in the portions not covered by the resist pattern; and a step for peeling the resist pattern. Also provided is a method for manufacturing a laminate body or touch panel.
