Abstract:

Provided is a pegylated collagen-like protein. The pegylated collagen-like protein contains a collagen-like protein, and PEG-40k and PEG-20k modified on the collagen-like protein; the modification of PEG-40k and PEG-20k can significantly improve the cross-linking properties of the collagen-like protein, so that the strength of a cornea prepared by using the pegylated collagen-like protein of the present application is increased by nearly 20 times compared to the strength of a cornea prepared by using a collagen-like protein, and is increased by nearly 12 times compared to the strength of a cornea prepared by using other existing pegylated collagen-like proteins. Therefore, the pegylated collagen-like protein has extremely broad application prospects in the preparation of biomimetic and recycled biomaterials such as bionic corneas.
