Abstract:
The invention relates to long lasting thymosin 1 derivatives, methods of manufacturing the salt thereof used as the medicament and the use thereof. The long lasting thymosin derivative is a thymosin derivative linked to polyethylene glycol (PEG) via covalent bond, as defined in the specification. The precursor of thymosin 1 derivative used in the modification by PEG may be synthesized by chemical methods or by methods of DNA recombination.
