Abstract:
Provided are a permission management method and apparatus for an application, and an electronic device. The permission management method for an application comprises: after acquiring operation information of a user starting a first application installed in an electronic device, the electronic device sending, to a server, a permission query request for the first application; the electronic device then receiving a permission authorization record of the first application that is sent by the server; and configuring the permission of the first application on the electronic device according to the permission authorization record. As such, permission confirmation operations regarding multiple instances of installation of the same application on different distributed devices can be simplified, thereby reducing cumbersome operations of pop-ups for user confirmation, and thus improving the user experience.
