Abstract:
The present invention provides a perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem cell, comprising a crystalline silicon cell, a series structure layer, a first carrier transport layer, a perovskite light absorption layer, a second carrier transport layer, and an upper transparent electrode layer that are stacked in sequence, wherein the first carrier transport layer comprises a carrier transport layer base layer and a nano-resistance-increasing structure discretely distributed on the carrier transport layer base layer and integrally formed with the carrier transport layer base layer, and the nano-resistance-increasing structure extends from the carrier transport layer base layer to the perovskite light absorption layer. The perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem cell of the present invention can enhance the carrier collection and conduction ability of a carrier transport material, and also greatly improve the energy conversion efficiency of the perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem cell. In addition, the light trapping effect of the perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem solar cell can be enhanced, and the conversion efficiency of the cell can be further improved; the composition of perovskite can be flexibly adjusted, and thus the energy conversion efficiency can be greatly improved.
