Abstract:
A perpetual calendar according to this invention has a calendar day display on which numerals, letters and symbols representing serial calendar days of 1 through 31 belonging to one calendar month are shown, comprising a column for showing days of the week in a certain calendar year thereon with calendar days on the above-mentioned display, this column showing thereon letters and symbols representing this calendar year and sequentially the calendar days corresponding to a predetermined day of the week with a predetermined sequence number (these predetermined number and predetermined day of the week in each month are the same in each month) in each month belonging to the same calendar year. Accordingly, a calendar day corresponding to a predetermined day of the week with a predetermined sequence number (for example, the first Sunday) in a predetermined calendar month is known from the column for showing days of the week. This enables a day of the week of a desired predetermined calendar day to be known from the calendar day display, and a calendar day, to which a predetermined day of the week with a predetermined sequence number (for example, the third Tuesday) in a predetermined calendar month corresponds, to be also known.
