Abstract:
The present invention relates to a personalized cosmetics manufacturing/vending machine, and a cosmetics manufacturing/vending method using same. The purpose of the invention is to automatically produce and sell cosmetics suitable for the skin of various consumers in a safe and clean state. To this end, the cosmetics manufacturing/vending machine according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a housing (100); a raw material supply unit (200) for supplying a liquid cosmetic raw material; a container supply unit (300) for supplying a cosmetic container; a raw material injection unit (600) for injecting the cosmetic raw material into the container; a multi-articulated robot arm (400) that picks the container up from the container supply unit (300) and places same at a predetermined position; a stirrer (700) for stirring the cosmetic raw material injected into the container; and a cosmetic outlet (191) for discharging the manufactured cosmetic to the outside of the housing (100). The raw material supply unit (200) includes: a plurality of raw material pouches (220) filled with liquid cosmetic raw material; a plurality of hooks (280) for hanging upper portions of the respective raw material pouches (220); a plurality of residual amount-checking load cells (210) which are provided above the respective hooks (280) and sense the residual amount of the raw material in the respective raw material pouches (220); a plurality of pumps for conveying the raw material present inside the raw material pouches (220) to the raw material injection unit (600); and a plurality of driving motors for driving the respective pumps.
