Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment of colorectal cancer and/or lung cancer. The present inventors have studied compounds useful as an active ingredient for a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment, and discovered that heterocyclic compounds represented by formula (I) have an excellent action of inducing the degradation of G12D mutant KRAS protein, and have G12D mutant KRAS inhibitory activity, and that a pharmaceutical composition containing these compounds as an active ingredient can be used as a therapeutic agent for cancer, and have arrived at the present invention. This pharmaceutical composition comprising a heterocyclic compound or a salt thereof as an active ingredient can be used as a cancer treatment agent for colorectal cancer and/or lung cancer.
