Abstract:
The present invention relates to a powder formulation, and a method for producing the same, that increases the therapeutic efficacy and reduces the risk of adverse reactions of a drug that causes the adverse reaction of drug-induced photosensitivity. Making the drug into an aerosol that easily enables inhalation therapy can increase pharmacological efficacy of the drug through localization of the drug in the lungs, and the administered dose can be reduced. Moreover, migration of the drug to the skin is prevented by the technique of delivering the drug specifically to the lungs, and photosensitivity which is an adverse reaction can be reduced thereby.
