Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating alopecia areata by acting as a functional inhibitor against S1P receptor subtypes S1PR1 and S1PR4, and, more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition which acts as a functional inhibitor against S1PR1 and S1PR4, thereby not causing cardiovascular disease side effects, and which comprises, as an active ingredient, a sphingolipid compound having the effects of preventing or treating alopecia areata.
