Abstract:
Disclosed is a display device. The display device according to an embodiment disclosed herein can acquire output graphic data by: acquiring first graphic data from a memory; determining the size of a graphic buffer, upscaled by at least two scalers, on the basis of the resolution of the first graphic data and the resolution of the display device; rendering the first graphic data in the graphic buffer of the determined size; dividing the graphic buffer into at least two divided areas on the basis of the specifications of the at least two scalers; using the at least two scalers to upscale each piece of data rendered in the at least two divided areas; and mixing the at least two pieces of upscaled graphic data acquired from the upscaled results. Various other embodiments as understood from the specification are also possible.
