Abstract:
Disclosed is a phase change heat radiating device, comprising a phase change assembly internally provided with a phase change heat exchange medium, wherein the phase change assembly comprises an evaporation part and a condensation part; the evaporation part has an evaporation cavity therein, the condensation part has a condensation cavity therein, and the evaporation cavity communicates with the condensation cavity; a heating source is in direct contact with the evaporation cavity, the phase change heat exchange medium in the evaporation cavity can absorb heat from the heating source and moves toward the condensation cavity; and the condensation cavity radiates heat outwards to cool the heating source. In the phase change heat radiating device of the present invention, the phase change assembly is in direct contact with the heating source, without the need to add a transitional thermal conductive plate, the appearance of the evaporation part is adapted to that of the heating source, the phase change assembly can fully make contact with the heating source, the heat transfer area is big, and a temperature difference between the heating source and the phase change heat exchange medium is minimal.
