Abstract:
Disclosed is a power supply system. The power supply system comprises an electricity-supplying power supply module and an extended power supply module. The rated output voltage of the electricity-supplying power supply module is greater than the rated output voltage of the extended power supply module. The electricity-supplying power supply module supports a constant-voltage power supply mode and a constant-power power supply mode. The power supply module is used for supplying electricity to a powered device connected to the electricity-supplying power supply module. The extended power supply module is used for supplying electricity jointly with the electricity-supplying power supply module to the powered device when the output voltage of the power supply module is equivalent to the rated output voltage of the extended power supply module. The present invention meets the power supply demand of the powered device, effectively utilizes the electrical energy of the electricity-supplying power supply module, and reduces requirements on the output power of the electricity-supplying power supply module and that of the extended power supply module.
