Abstract:
The present invention relates to a phase locked loop device having a plurality of negative feedback loops, which comprises two negative feedback loops for locking a frequency and a phase of an output signal output from a voltage control oscillator. To this end, disclosed is a phase locked loop having a plurality of negative feedback loops, comprising: an external negative feedback loop for locking a predetermined frequency and a predetermine phase of an output signal output from a voltage control oscillator by relatively comparing a divided signal of the output signal with a reference signal to output a voltage corresponding to a frequency difference and a phase difference; and an internal negative feedback loop for receiving a frequency of an output signal, detecting a change in the frequency, and outputting a voltage corresponding to the change in the frequency, the internal negative feedback loop being formed as a negative feedback loop independent of the external negative feedback loop, wherein, depending on predetermined ranges of first and second gradient values of the voltage control oscillator, the external negative feedback loop is one of a primary negative feedback loop and a secondary negative feedback loop, and the internal negative feedback loop is the other of the primary negative feedback loop and the secondary negative feedback loop.
