Abstract:
Provided is a photo-catalytic oxidation device for an organic waste gas, belonging to the field of process instruments for an organic waste gas. The device comprises a shell having an air inlet port and an air outlet port, and a microwave generator for generating a microwave electromagnetic field in the shell; wherein the air inlet port and the air outlet port of the shell are both provided with a catalyst screen plate thereon, and the shell is provided an ultraviolet light lamp tube and a photocatalytic plate therein. In the present invention, compounding the three technologies of a microwave, an ultraviolet light and a photocatalyst can efficiently catalyze and oxidize VOC molecules, and the hydroxyl photocatalytic oxidation effect generated by irradiating the photocatalyst with the ultraviolet light is higher than the photolysis effect of a traditional ultraviolet light, the processing efficiency of VOCs is increased by two times or more, and the duration of use thereof is prolonged by five times.
