Abstract:

The present invention provides a high sensitivity photochromic composite oxide comprising a composite oxide of Ti, Fe and Si which may contain Al, and cosmetics which contain such a photochromic composite oxide and can provide sufficient the changes of brightness and chrominance by following up an instantaneous change of light quantity even when such an instantaneous change of light quantity occurs as when a photograph is taken by turning on a flash light.
