Provided is a photocurable composition comprising (A) surface-modified inorganic particles in which 1 to 30 parts by mass of at least one of an organosilicon compound represented by formula (1) and a hydrolysis product and a condensation product thereof is chemically bound to 100 parts by mass of inorganic particles and which have a median diameter of 1 to 60 nm in a volume-based particle size distribution, (B) a bifunctional (meth)acrylate, (C) a trifunctional (meth)acrylate and (D) a photoradical initiator, in which the blend amount of the component (A) is 10 to 35% by mass, and the total blend amount of the components (A), (B) and (C) is 70% by mass or more. (In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R2 represents an alkylene group; R3 represents an alkyl group or the like; R4 represents an alkoxy group or the like; and n represents an integer of 1 to 3.)
