Abstract:
A photocurable composition containing a coloring agent, a radical polymerization initiator represented by formula (1) and a radically polymerizable compound; a method for producing a cured film using the photocurable composition; a film; a solid-state imaging element or an image display device; or a novel radical polymerization initiator. In formula (1): Ar1 represents a (k+m+1)-valent aromatic group or a (k+m+1)-valent heteroaromatic group; Ar2 represents a (k+2)-valent aromatic group or a (k+2)-valent heteroaromatic group; R6s independently represent a halogen atom or a monovalent organic group; L represents a single bond or CR11R12; R11 and R12 independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group; and Y1 represents a group represented by formula (2).
