Title:
PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR COMPOUND USED IN SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/093003
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a photoelectric conversion element which achieves a high open circuit voltage by using a polymer compound into which various skeletons and substituents can be introduced.
[Solution] A photoelectric conversion element which has a structure wherein a base, a cathode, an active layer and an anode are sequentially arranged in this order, and which is characterized in that the active layer contains a polymer compound that has a benzobisthiazole structure unit represented by formula (1).
(In formula (1), each of A1 and A2 independently represents an alkoxy group, a thioalkoxy group, a thiophene ring which may be substituted by a hydrocarbon group, a thiazole ring which may be substituted by a hydrocarbon group or an organosilyl group, or a phenyl group which may be substituted by a hydrocarbon group, an alkoxy group, a thioalkoxy group, an organosilyl group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group.)
