Title:
PHOTOSENSITIVE CONDUCTIVE PASTE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONDUCTIVE SUBSTRATE WITH WIRING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/146239
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a photosensitive conductive paste comprising a titanium oxide, with which according to various calcination environments a dense calcined film causing no wiring disconnection and a cheap conductive wire characterized by having required appropriate shape and resistance value can be formed. The present invention provides a photosensitive conductive paste comprising a conductive powder, an inorganic component including glass frit and titanium oxide particles, and a photosensitive organic component, wherein the content of the titanium oxide particles is 0.1 to 5.0 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the conductive powder and the volume mean particle size is 0.001 to 1.0 µm.
