Abstract:
An airflow meter (14) comprises an insertion part (501) which is inserted into an intake pipe (12a), and a protruding part (502) which protrudes without entering the intake pipe. Further, the airflow meter has a first temperature detection unit (505) provided to the insertion part, and a second temperature detection unit (506) provided in a position nearer to the housing base surface (192) than the first temperature detection unit. The temperature detection units each contains a sensor (SA50), and the first temperature detection unit detects the temperature of intake air flowing through the measurement flow path (32), and the second temperature detection unit detects the internal temperature of the airflow meter in the sensor. In this way, it is possible to improve accuracy of physical quantity measurements.
