Abstract:
An airflow meter (14) has a housing (21), and the housing (21) comprises a measurement flow path (32) in which a flow rate detection unit is provided, and a measurement outlet (33c) which is the downstream end of the measurement flow path. The outer peripheral surface of the housing comprises a flat surface (44) and a curved surface (45). The flat surface is provided in an intermediate position between the outer peripheral upstream end (132a) and the outer peripheral downstream end (132b) in the depth direction (Z), and the curved surface extends from the flat surface towards the outer peripheral upstream end. The boundary area between the flat surface and the curved surface includes a vertical boundary area (131a) extending in the height direction (Y), and the measurement outlet is arranged in a position straddling the vertical border in the depth direction. In this way, it is possible to improve the accuracy of physical quantity measurement.
