Abstract:
A physical quantity measurement device (10, 50) for measuring a physical quantity of a fluid is provided with: a passage flow path (31, 61) which is provided with an inflow port (33a, 63a) and an outflow port (33b, 63b), and through which the fluid entering from the inflow port and exiting from the outflow port passes; a branch flow path (32, 62) which branches from the passage flow path; and a physical quantity detection unit (22, 52) which detects the physical quantity of the fluid in the branch flow path. An inner circumferential surface (31a, 61a) of the passage flow path has, provided further upstream than a flow path boundary (34, 64), i.e. the boundary between the passage flow path and the branch flow path, an inflow stepped surface (41a, 71a) which is provided bridging over a pair of facing surfaces (38, 68) in the inner circumferential surface of the passage flow path that face each other with the inflow port and the flow path boundary therebetween, and which forms steps facing the inflow port side in order to restrict foreign matter (F1, F2) that has entered from the inflow port along with the fluid from advancing downstream.
