Abstract:
This physical quantity measurement device (50) is provided with: a passage flow path (61); a branch flow path (62); and a physical quantity detection unit (52) provided in the branch flow path. When the width direction (X) is defined as the direction in which a pair of facing surfaces (68) in an inner circumferential surface (61a) of the passage flow path which face each other with an outflow port (63b) and a flow path boundary (64), i.e. the boundary between the passage flow path and the branch flow path, therebetween, are arranged, and the height direction (Y) is defined as a direction orthogonal to the width direction and the inflow direction (Z) of a fluid into an inflow port (63a), the inner circumferential surface (61a) of the passage flow path is provided with a height reducing surface (105) which is provided further downstream than the flow path boundary and bridging over the pair of facing surfaces, while a parallel area (101) extending straight from the inflow port to the outflow port in parallel with the inflow direction is ensured in the passage flow path, and which narrows the passage flow path so as to reduce the height dimension (Hc) of the passage flow path in the height direction towards the outflow port. The height reducing surface is not exposed from the inflow port in the inflow direction.
