Abstract:
This physical quantity measurement device (50) is provided with: a passage flow path (61) which is provided with an inflow port (63a) and an outflow port (63b), and through which a fluid entering from the inflow port and exiting from the outflow port passes; a branch flow path (62) which branches form the passage flow path, and through which the fluid flowing in from the passage flow path is discharged from a branch outlet (63c); and a physical quantity detection unit (52). An inflow area (131), which extends from the inflow port in the flow path direction (γ) along a flow path centre line (CL), and a laterally adjacent area (132), which does not extend from the inflow port, and which is provided adjacent to the inflow area in a lateral direction (α), are included in the passage flow path and/or the branch flow path. The physical quantity detection unit is provided in the laterally adjacent area in the branch flow path. A drawing surface (121), which draws foreign matter (F11, F12) that has entered from the inflow port along with the fluid towards the opposite side to the laterally adjacent area in the lateral direction, is included in the inner circumferential surface (61a) of the passage flow path and/or the inner circumferential surface (62a) of the branch flow path, and further upstream than the laterally adjacent area.
