Abstract:
This physical quantity measurement device (50) for measuring a physical quantity of a fluid is provided with: a passage flow path (61) which is provided with an inflow port (63a) and an outflow port (63b), and through which the fluid entering from the inflow port and exiting from the outflow port passes; a branch flow path (62) which branches from the passage flow path; a flow path partition part (111) which partitions the passage flow path and the branch flow path in order to cause the passage flow path and the branch flow path to branch; and a physical quantity detection unit (52) which detects the physical quantity of the fluid in the branch flow path. A partition top part (111a), which is an upstream end of the flow path partition part, is not exposed from the inflow port.
