Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a piezoelectric device for ultrasound focusing, the piezoelectric device having a structure in which a focal depth length is reduced, and imaginary vibration is suppressed, and thus ultrasonic waves having uniform intensity may be generated. In order to achieve such objective, the present invention may provide a piezoelectric device for ultrasound focusing, the piezoelectric device comprising a dome-shaped body part. The body part comprises: an oscillation region for generating ultrasonic waves; and a control region formed at the center of the body part and being controlled so that less ultrasonic waves are generated therein than in the oscillation region, or the ultrasonic waves are not generated therein.
