Abstract:
A piezoelectric element 10 comprises: a vibration unit 11; a holding unit 13; excitation electrodes 141, 142; mounted electrodes 151, 152; and wiring electrodes 161, 162. An excitation main surface 111 and a holding main surface 131 are on the same plane. A holding main surface 132 has a fixing portion 130 in contact with an element mounted member. The mounted electrodes 151, 152 are positioned side by side to the fixing portion 130. An inner edge 151a of the mounted electrode 151 and an inner edge 161a of the wiring electrode 161 are linearly connected. An inner edge 152a of the mounted electrode 152 and an inner edge 162a of the wiring electrode 162 are linearly connected.
