Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of piezoelectric technology and provides a piezoelectric element, a piezoelectric vibrator, manufacturing and driving methods therefor, and an electronic device. In the present application, a piezoelectric structure is arranged on a first electrode, the piezoelectric structure has an opening that passes through and exposes a portion of the first electrode, and a thermal conduction structure is arranged within the opening. A heat emitting area of the piezoelectric structure when vibrating is reduced by means of the opening passing through the first electrode being formed on the piezoelectric structure, and heat generated is also reduced; the thermal conduction structure is added in the piezoelectric element, a heat dissipation property of the piezoelectric element is improved on the basis of the thermal conduction structure dissipating heat generated by the piezoelectric structure when vibrating, and the problems of the resonant frequency of the piezoelectric structure being affected and the piezoelectric structure undergoing breakdown due to the temperature of the piezoelectric element being excessively high are prevented.
