Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a piezoelectric film comprising a piezoelectric layer with an electrode layer provided on both surfaces thereof, and a protective layer provided on a surface of each of the electrode layers, wherein the connection resistance between the electrode layer and a lead wire is low. The problem is solved by a configuration that includes: a piezoelectric layer; an electrode layer provided on both surfaces of the piezoelectric layer; a protective layer having a through-hole and provided on each of the electrode layers to cover the electrode layers; an electroconductive filling member filled in the through-holes; and lead wires contacting the filling member. At least one of the lead wires has an area in contact with the filling member in which B/A is at least 1.5, A being the plane direction length and B being the surface length of the plane direction length A.
