Abstract:
This pipe joint is provided with a body and a sleeve and couples a first pipe and a second pipe at least one of which can be twisted. The body is a cylindrical member, one end portion thereof in the axial direction has a coupling portion for the first pipe, and the other end portion in the axial direction has an annular groove and a female screw. One end portion of the sleeve in the axial direction has an annular protrusion capable of being press-fitted into the annular groove of the body and a male screw capable of being fastened to the female screw of the body, and the other end portion in the axial direction has a coupling portion for the second pipe. The required rotational angle between said screws for fastening the screws is set within a range to cause twisting that can be applied by one hand on the first pipe coupled to the body or the second pipe coupled to the sleeve.
