Abstract:
A piston compressor and a mobile refrigerator. The mobile refrigerator comprises a piston compressor (100). The piston compressor (100) comprises a cylinder head (7), a cylinder head pad (6), a valve plate (5), a gas inlet valve (4), a valve pad (3), and a crankcase (1), wherein the cylinder head (7) comprises a cylinder head high-pressure cavity (75) and a cylinder head exhaust hole (63), and the crankcase (1) comprises a crankcase high-pressure cavity (16) and a crankcase exhaust hole (13) corresponding to the cylinder head exhaust hole (63). The piston compressor (100) is provided with a plurality of gas discharge paths for discharging gas that enters the cylinder head high-pressure cavity (75), wherein the plurality of gas discharge paths comprise: one gas discharge path that leaves the cylinder head high-pressure cavity (75), sequentially passes through a gas guide hole (65) on the cylinder head pad (6), a gas guide hole (55) on the valve plate (5), a gas guide hole (45) on the gas inlet valve (4) and a gas guide hole (35) on the valve pad (3) to reach a crankcase channel to enter the crankcase high-pressure cavity (16), and then passes through a crankcase exhaust channel (17) to enter the crankcase exhaust hole (13) for discharging by means of a cylinder head exhaust hole (73); and the other at least one gas discharge path that leaves and returns to the cylinder head high-pressure cavity (75) for discharging by means of the cylinder head exhaust hole (63).
