Abstract:
A pixel drive circuit and a drive method therefor, and a display apparatus. A first reset sub-circuit (51) of the pixel drive circuit is used for controlling the turning-on or turning-off of the connection between a gate electrode of a drive transistor (DT) and a common node (N1) and that of the connection between the common node (N1) and a first initialization voltage input end (Viniti1), and also for controlling the turning-on or turning-off of the connection between the common node (N1) and a second initialization voltage input end (Viniti2); and the difference between the potential of an input signal at the second initialization voltage input end (Vinit2) and the potential of the gate electrode of the drive transistor (DT) within a light emission time period is less than a threshold. The display apparatus comprises the pixel drive circuit. In the drive method for a pixel drive circuit, a first reset sub-circuit (51) is respectively controlled within a reset time period, a write compensation time period and a light emission time period of each work cycle. During low-frequency driving, the potential of a gate electrode of a drive transistor is maintained, thereby ensuring the display quality and reducing the power consumption.
